CEDS

The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) is a requirement by EDA and is used to guide regional strategies for attraction, creation and retention of business and indistrial development.  Counties and municipalities annually submit their development projects to be included in the CEDS in order to be eligible for EDA grant funding.
